Cheques should be given to the relevant club member (organiser of meet/event etc) or to  the club treasurer.

Any payments made to the club electronically are to be done so by bacs.

It is important that you state clearly what it is that you are paying for and who you are.

If for some reason you do not get given the chance to add a description to your payment when you make it you should email the club treasurer with all of the relevant details.

Please do not pay for race entries by BACS.

Paying for your stay at the hut

Payments for time spent at the club hut by BACS must state who you are and when it was that you were there. Failure to do so results in having to spend a lot of time trying to work out who has paid what and can be very frustrating/annoying.  

If you do not wish to pay for your stay at the hut by BACS then ring the hut secretary and he will give you his address so that you can send him a cheque. The address is available to members on this page once logged in.
